Shipping Information

At this time, we are accepting orders from the United States as well as international residents.

Our goal is to fulfill your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). US orders take 5-8 business days to arrive. Priority US orders typically take 1-4 business days to arrive. International orders generally take between 7-15 business days to arrive. We ship international orders via USPS First Class International Mail. 

For international shipments, customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. Dad Brand, LLC is not accountable for any fees charged by customs.

Unless otherwise specified, all domestic orders are shipped USPS ground.

Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once USPS delivery confirmation is received.

Product Availability 

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of Products we supply. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase for refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, unworn, all tags attached, in original packaging and condition, and must be shipped within 7 days of initiating the return.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• International orders are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
